Alternative materials – I have worked on projects using cement stabilised earth blocks, earth and cowdung floors, as well as other natural materials.

Ecological stormwater design – I have worked on projects which maximise absorption and use of stormwater at source using various techniques.

Architecture - I have an interest in the building design field which extends beyond structural engineering and have designed complete buildings including residential, commercial and industrial.

Energy efficient design – I have used Energy Plus, a widely used environmental modelling program, to model existing and proposed buildings.

Languages – Setswana, conversational German and French.

Driving Licence - I have a clean British driver's licence and a Botswana licence.

Management skills - I have gained good teamwork and management skills through courses and through working in teams in a multicultural environment.
